What is yoga Nidra?
Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation practice which draws our focus inwards where we are in a conscious state between wakefulness and sleep, allowing a deep sense of relaxation and well being. What to expect? Step away from the outside world and delve into this practice to savour time for yourself as you let the body settle and mind quieten in deep rest and meditative relaxation.
Spots are strictly limited to 6 participants.
The session will only run with a minimum of 3 participants. If we don't have enough people to run the session, you will receive a credit to use at the next "Rest, Relax & Yoga Nidra" event (or a refund if you choose).
